Raquel’s experience in London includes her participation in a program at a European entity whose mission is to promote awareness of European law rights; working as an Advice Project coordinator in a NGO whose mission is to empower the Somali refugee community and as a Researcher in an International Immigration project led by The London School of Economics.

Raquel is a Spanish qualified attorney who has more than 25 years of immigration law experience at an international level, managing large company clients as well as handling complex matters for individuals, Spanish nationality applications, appeals and applications under European Law.

She holds a bachelor´s degree in Law from the University of Barcelona, USA Juris doctor Studies from UPR, UK OISC accreditation as an immigration advisor, and postgraduate degrees in Development Project Management and International Legal Cooperation.

Her human approach and ability in legal practice acquired in Spain and abroad is one of the added values of BeGlobal Attorneys.

Law graduate from the University of Zaragoza, she completed her studies with a Master’s Degree in European Union Law from the Royal Institute of European Studies, including intensive sessions in Madrid, Brussels, Luxembourg, Strasbourg, and Frankfurt.

She has a distinctly international background, having worked at the Consulate General of Spain in Santiago de Chile.
Upon returning to Spain, she specialized in immigration law, an area in which she has five years of experience. Her expertise focuses on legal advice and the management of immigration procedures, including residence permits and all types of judicial proceedings related to the field.

Law graduate and Political Science graduate from the Pablo de Olavide University (Seville), Teresa holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations, Security and Development from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, as well as a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from the UOC.
She has nearly four years of professional experience in immigration law, advising foreign nationals on their legal and administrative procedures in Spain.
